Event Title: "Mastering the Moment: Unleashing Creativity with Adobe Express"

 

I. Details of the event/activity

            "Mastering the Moment: Unleashing Creativity with Adobe Express" this took place on November 15, 2023, and the event venue was at Mabayuan Senior High School. Our resource speaker for this was our leader and event head, Johniel Zar G. Mendoza.


II. Reflections the webinar/activity give rise to (learnings)

                In this seminar/workshop, we provided tips and tricks for Senior High students with tools to make their creativity in design easier and more expansive. Using Adobe Express as the tool, they practiced what we instructed them, as our focus was on teaching them about Adobe Express.

We taught the tools within Adobe Express and their respective uses, such as adding text and applying effects, as well as creating simple designs.

We also demonstrated how to make a basic photo card for a business because there was a student attendee who mentioned having a business, we provided instructions on how to create a photo card for a business using Adobe Express. This way, they can apply what they learned when creating one for their business.


III. Reflections on possibilities on implementing some of the webinar input on a practical level. (Practical application of learnings)

                As one of the organizers of this seminar, I also learned a lot because I discovered that there is such a flexible tool for creating various designs, and it is even easier to use than other tools. This will be very helpful for me, especially for the students of Mabayuan Senior High School.


IV. Positive feedback (on the event organization)

                We were able to effectively share what they needed to know about the tools of Adobe Express, and it's also delightful that they showed interest in learning about it.


V. Suggestions for improvements to be made/ consider for future activities

                My only suggestion for further improvement of the seminar/workshop is a faster internet connection to avoid wasting time waiting.
